Coach Schiavone is a 1990 graduate of Severna Park High School. He played baseball collegially at Salisbury State and Anne Arundel Community College before transferring to the University of Maryland. At Maryland, he lettered in 1993 and 1994. After he was finished playing, he coached with Jim McCandless and Severna Park Post 175 American Legion team. Coach Schiavone coached at Glen Burnie High School under Bruce Sider from 1995-1999. While at Glen Burnie, he helped lead the Gophers to a state championship in 1999. This is his fifth year at Annapolis and his third year as head coach.

Coach O'Donovan is in his third year on the Annapolis High School coaching staff. In 2002 he was an assistant Junior Varsity Coach. Coach O'Donovan worked with head baseball Coach Kevin Schiavone in 2003 as a Varsity Assistant. In addition, Mr. O'Donovan coached nine years in various Anne Arundel County leagues. He works extensively on the Annapolis Panthers baseball fundraising effort.

Coach Dutton hails from Northeast Pennsylvania and played his collegiate ball at Penn State University. Dutton is back for his second year at Annapolis after a year off. Coach Dutton has also been involved with several local baseball camps and clinics in the area.

Coach Smith is a 1992 graduate of Annapolis High School. He played for former coach Larry Brogden. Jason is in his second season with the Panthers.

Coach Reid is in his second year as a baseball coach at Annapolis. Reid has extensive coaching experience including Varsity Golf coach at Chesapeake High School and an assistant basketball coach at Annapolis. Coach Reid also is a student advocate at Annapolis High School.
